  27. thats netscape.. when i usually download with netscape the first
  28. part of the file always comes in 10k a sec.. why? cause its filling
  29. up a buffer / downloading it while you click the directory to put
  30. the shit in, then when it loads up that saving location box it 
  31. thinks its been downloading since that box came up
